Cowden-Woods Design Builders Ltd. was established in 1983 in Barrie by Keith Cowden and Ron Woods, over the past two decades they have acquired and developed personnel who are proficient in design, estimating, and construction management. This along with an experienced and skilled labour force provides the basis of our continued success.

Through the years, Cowden-Woods has achieved a reputation for the performance of quality work and fulfilling all commitments on time, and on budget. Our experience is focused on the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.

Today, Cowden-Woods Design Builders Ltd. stands ready to provide service in any number of capacities from building design, estimating, scheduling and construction, to project and construction management. We are prepared to see a project through from design concept to final completion, or participate in any of the individual steps along the way.
